• Oil paintings take 1-2 weeks to draw, depending the size and complexity. Watercolor and pencil sketches take 3-5 days to draw. The policy of our order queue is "first come, first serve", so the average waiting time is about a week. You can email your photo to sales@giftaportraitpainting.com as an attachment, which is more cost efficient in terms of time and postage.

You need to scan it into your computer first. If you have a scanner connected to your computer, scanning should be simple. Put the photo face down on a corner on the glass, lower the cover and press the scan button, then the image should be loaded to your computer by the scanner software. Then email the photo as an attachment. Call us if you need help. If you don't have a scanner, you can go to a local photocopying store. Usually for a small fee, they can scan it for you.
