- Upload the photo
You upload the photo that you want to turn into a painting, choose type and size of the painting, and pay the initial 20% for your order excluding shipping cost. You can use any major credit card to make your purchase.
- We start painting from picture
We have a professional artists who specialize in different styles and subjects like family portrait painting, pet portrait, self portrait, child portrait etc. We will send your order to the artist most suitable for the subject matter you are requesting to be painted.
- Quality control specialists
After artist completes your painting from photo, our quality control specialist inspect the painting. If the painting does not meet our quality standards, it will be sent back to a artist for modifications. - You review your painting
We email you a photo of your painting, so you can review it and confirm, or ask for modifications any number of times. We let you ask for modifications until you are 100% satisfied!. Please feel free to send us any modification request in our site. Our artist will make changes and we send preview link again to you for confirmation. You can request changes or confirm painting in our site after you login. - Final payment for your portrait painting
After your confirmation, you can pay balance payment for your ordered painting. Then we initiate shipping process for your painting from photo. - We send your portrait painting in courier.
If you requested framed painting, we will package your framed painting to protect it from damage and ship it to you in courier. If you did not order any framing for your painting from photo, we will ship your painting rolled in a tube.
